MBIG in collaboration with Government Polytechnic Sakoli Students, proudly facilitates a live internship project that is shaping the future of budding software developers. The internship features six promising students: Shruti Burde, Minakshi Bhongade, Maithili Chute, Sejal Bansod, Bhupali Pandhare, and Ritik Jagnit, who has taken charge as the team lead. This dynamic group is working under the expert guidance of Project Director Vaibhav Sukhadeve.

The internship is fully free of cost, and the selected interns are gaining deep practical exposure in both frontend and backend development. The primary focus is on ReactJS for frontend development, while the backend is developed using Java (Spring Framework, MVC architecture) in Eclipse IDE.

The project they are contributing to, internally known as SPARK, is a robust software system with real-world applications. It is designed as a desktop-based application and includes critical modules such as Employee application Systems and Student Application Systems, showcasing their versatility in both educational and enterprise environments.

The interns are not just working on theoretical concepts but are actively coding, debugging, and deploying components, gaining a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). They are developing into confident, skilled software developers through hands-on project exposure, teamwork, and mentorship.

MBIG’s mission is to provide real industry exposure to students from rural and semi-urban areas, empowering them to bridge the gap between academics and industry needs. This live project opportunity is a perfect launchpad for these students to step confidently into professional software development roles.

This initiative proves that free, skill-based internships with a focus on practical learning can truly unlock student potential and contribute meaningfully to the tech industry.
