Hiring Company: Achieve Technology..
In a recently held Open Campus Drive, 9 Polytechnic students secured direct placement at Achieve Technology, setting a new example in the field of education. Achieve Technology, known as a partner company of MBiG.INc, is a recognized name in the tech industry.
Students from various colleges across the country participated in this drive, but the confidence, skills, and preparation showcased by the Polytechnic students impressed the companies the most.
This once again proves that success doesn’t solely rely on degrees, but is built through real knowledge, practical understanding, and the ability to prove oneself at the right time.
For B.Tech students, this serves as a warning – a four-year degree alone no longer guarantees a job. The industry is shifting towards skill-oriented hiring, where project work, hands-on experience, and real-time problem solving are given more value.
Selected Students:
- Thaneshwar Meshram
- Aditya Chaudhary
- Himanshu Giripunje
- Prakash Mule
- Mrunali Raut
- Madanraj sagar
- Komal Deshmukh
- Uttam Bhajipale
- Sneha Raut
Achieve Technology’s HR team stated that the selected students demonstrated strong communication skills, logical thinking, and in-depth coding knowledge—qualities often lacking even in candidates with higher degrees.
This drive was led by the company’s directors Mr. Ankit Kore and Mr. Diwakar Malewar, who personally congratulated the selected students and wished them a bright future.

This success has given Polytechnic education a new identity and has sent a strong message: when the effort is genuine, no path is too small. In the coming time, companies are likely to move even more toward skill-based hiring.
