1. Returns

• As we will not provide any replacement or exchange, if you received any damaged or defective products, you should inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product to raise a return request. Once we approve the return, you should send back the product to the address from which it came to process the refund.

• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging materials.

2. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• In case of a refund delay, please check with your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
