A video that surfaced on social media shows Rahul Gandhi walking towards the area where MP Pratap Sarangi was seated after being injured. Upon noticing Gandhi, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey became visibly upset, accusing him of engaging in “hooliganism” and pushing an elderly man, causing him to fall. BJP leader Amit Malviya shared the video on X, claiming that Sarangi was injured when Gandhi pushed another MP, which led to Sarangi’s fall. Malviya further accused the Gandhi family of arrogance and negligence, alleging that the Congress leadership resorted to physical aggression in Parliament.
BJP Demands Action Against Rahul Gandhi
In response to the incident, BJP leader Jagat Prakash Nadda called for a censure motion to be passed in the Rajya Sabha, condemning Rahul Gandhi’s actions. Nadda stated that the Congress party had lost its composure during a parliamentary discussion on the Constitution.
