November 12, 2024 — In a move to streamline operations and ensure more efficient communication, MBIG has announced a set of new guidelines for all students, staff, and branches. The office has officially disconnected phone lines, and all future communications will now be conducted exclusively via email. This change is aimed at improving the organization and functioning of the administrative processes, according to a recent directive issued by the administration.
Key Changes:
Email-Only Communication: All official communication will be routed through email, and individuals are advised to refrain from making phone calls to any branch. To contact the administration or any branch, individuals must use the following email addresses:
info@mbig.in (Admin Office)
“The decision to remove phone contact has been made to ensure clearer, more organized communication, reducing the likelihood of confusion and delays,” said the Director of MBIG, Mr. Shubham M. Parkhedkar.
Permission for Visits: Under the new guidelines, individuals who wish to visit any MBIG branch must first send a permission and appointment letter via email. Only after approval will the visit be allowed, ensuring better coordination and security.
Meeting Requests: Those seeking meetings at any branch must clearly state the purpose and necessity of the visit in their email to the relevant branch. The email will serve as a formal request for an appointment.
Strict No-Phone Call Policy: The directive makes it clear that phone calls to any MBIG branch or admin office will not be entertained, and any violations of this rule will be subject to immediate action.
Legal Implications: The administration has warned that failure to adhere to the new guidelines will result in legal consequences. All official communications, whether in letters or on official letterheads, must comply with the updated protocols.
Aiming for Enhanced Efficiency: The MBIG administration hopes these changes will enhance overall organizational efficiency. By centralizing communication through emails, the institution seeks to foster a more systematic and accountable approach to administrative matters.
“This step is a part of our ongoing efforts to bring more structure and transparency to our operations,” said Mr. Parkhedkar.
Contact Information: For inquiries, individuals are encouraged to email the respective branch or the admin office using the aforementioned email addresses.
New policies have been implemented, and all students, professors, Branches and staff have been instructed to follow the updated communication protocols to ensure that there is no disruption in their official duties.
