Parbhani (CM Ladki Bahin Yojana): Women and Child Development Minister Aditi Tatkare has announced that the first installment of the Chief Minister Ladki Bahin Yojana will be credited to the accounts of beneficiaries on Saturday, August 17. This announcement was made during the Women’s and Self-Help Group meeting in Parbhani on Sunday, August 11, where Tatkare was the chief guest. The meeting was attended by several prominent figures, including Youth State President Suraj Chavan, MLAs Rajesh Vitekar, Ratnakar Gutte, Meghna Sakore-Bordikar, Metropolitan President Anand Bharose, former Mayor Pratap Deshmukh, Women District President Bhavana Nakhate, and others.
Minister Tatkare emphasized that the Mahayuti government is dedicated to honoring women’s contributions. Under the scheme, ₹1,500 per month will be transferred directly to the beneficiaries’ accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Registration for this scheme will continue, and women who have not yet registered are encouraged to do so. The initiative aims to empower women by helping them manage household finances more effectively. The first installment will be disbursed two days before Raksha Bandhan. Additionally, Tatkare announced plans to petition Central Women and Child Development Minister Annpurna Devi for a pay raise for Anganwadi workers and employees. The meeting saw an impressive turnout of women, including Anganwadi workers and community resource persons.

She highlighted that Ajit Pawar’s dedication was further evident when MLA Rajesh Vitekar secured a seat in the Legislative Council.
